Thanks to Peterlori1 for posting a pic of the cake they did. It was the inspiration for my first wedding cake. I was a nervous wreck. I see so many things that I did wrong. I hate chocolate cake with white icing! Too many crumbs. I did get a lot of practice on gumpaste roses though. Any suggestion on what to do better next time would be greatly appreciated. TFL.
