Gingerbread house for my daughter's birthday as she does not like cake! The walls and roof are flat pieces of gingerbread stuck together with icing. I stuck sweets on with icing to cover the messy bits and make the windows. The door is a 4 biscuit, the chimney is liquorice allsorts, the doorstep is a biscuit, the flowerbeds are chocolate buttons and sugar flowers, the path is fizzy laces and the grass is green icing sprinkled with green coconut. I made trees with flakes and marshmallows and melted choc.
