This was a chocolate cake with white and semi-sweet marbled ganache filling and maltball buttercream filling. Outside is buttercream. The character is all sugar. This cake was for my friend and neighbor's son's first birthday. It was an exciting day for all of the kids. My husband even got the fire department to bring a fire truck and let the kids run the water hose. Don't you just love first birthdays!
