Red Roses on Cake Central

ok, this cake was soooo stressful! first, the red food coloring made the fondant for the roses too soft, when I finally got taht done, all was well. Then the weather didn't co=operate when I was making the fondant for the cake, had to throw out 2 batches!! and it still wasn't smooth!! what a nightmare!! used candy melts to attach roses, so messy, will never do THAT again! drove 2.5 hours to deliver the cake and the bride wasn't at the venue, so I have no idea is she liked it or not, waiting on that call......hhhmmmm. red and ivory
