Holy Cow Skin

This is a cake I made for a cake walk. I call it "holy cow" because of how it is made. I start with a chocolate layer and a white layer. Then I take a 3 " round cutter and take three plugs from each layer. Then I place the chocolate plugs in the white layer and the white plugs in the chocolate layer. [ I wish I would have taken pictures of this] This gives a nice mixture of white/chocolate cake per slice. Cover in white fondant ad black fondant patches. Mooo
