I had to start this cake over at 10:30 pm! I didn't like the way my original design was shaping up, plus the fondant was terrible and it was crooked and seemed unstable. I tried to just peel the fondant off, but was only able to save one cake. I had my DH out at the store at 11 pm buying more ingredients. I stayed up almost all night with a few intervals of sleep to get this done by noon the next day. I couldnt let this lady down, she had been planning this cake for months and drove 3 hours to get it! In desparation I used another design I had seen on flickr as my inspiration that used the same color scheme. I pretty much had creative freedom, but the birthday girl wanted pink,green and yellow.
