The girl had been away for 1,5 year in the US and her mum ordered a cake with a Swedish theme and one with an American theme, as her American boyfriend came with her back to Sweden, and at the same time, it was the 4th of July. Some of the decorations are gumpaste, but mostly fondant, covered in fondant.
