The tiers are covered with white buttercream. The vines are piped with tinted buttercream. The white blossoms are made from gumpaste with sugar pearl centers and sprayed with a pearl sheen. Gumpaste leaves are added to enhance the vines. This cake was designed to serve 360 guests.
