Final cake for fondant and gum paste class. The inside was a white cake mix checker pattern dyed neon green and pink. The filling was a strawberry jam. I had trouble with the fondant. I tried to make a home made marshmallow fondant ,but i had trouble rolling it out .The fondant would tear every time i lifted it . At the last minute i had to buy that nasty tasting fondant from the craft store.
