Swiss Chocolate Fudge Cake and BC Icing. 12"x18" sheet and 8" round cut to shape. I cut the round in half and cut each side of the halves then put them on the corner of the sheet cake so that they matched up with the corner. Next, I trimmed the other three corners of the sheet and placed them around the halves of the round to form the shape. Then, I carved the pool out and covered the entire cake w/bc. Pool surround and stairs are 70% rolled bc / 30% fondant. Pool water is tinted piping gel. Umbrella, lounge chairs, tropical drink, ladder (painted w/luster dust), diving board, and plant pots are gumpaste with bc plants and grass. Then Jesus, Chuck Norris, and the Grim Reaper (all gumpaste) come in. My son's sense of humor... If Jesus walks on water... Chuck Norris swims in the grass. lol
