This is my first fondant covered and topsy turvy cake. It was for my sons 5th bday so I thought it was a good time to expreiment. The top layer is chocolate cake with ganache filling , the 2nd layer is vanilla cake with chocolate cream filling, and the bottom layer is vanilla cake with a white chocolate strawberry cream filling. The whole cake is covered in ganche then mmf. The bday sign is a computer print out and mario and luigi are plastic.
