This is the Father`s Day cake I made for my Church`s Annual Fathher`s Day Picnic. (there are lots of fishermen!) The bottom tier is WASC and the top tier is white gluten-free both with banana creme filling. seaweed and rock are fondant. The fish I wasn`t very happy with the outcome....it`s RKT covered in a mix of gumpaste and fondant painted with gel colours. He had a real hook in his mouth. TFL!!
