This is my first attempt at using fondant. While I didn't quite get it as smooth as I wanted (and hada little trouble with the corners), I learned a lot. The coals are made out of food colored marshmallows, cut into pieces, then dusted with silver luster dust. Everything else is made out of fondant, except the grill. I used dowels and painted them with silver paint. I still have A LOT to learn, but have gotten great ideas here and I appreciate everyone's cakes!
