I did this right after watching The Totally Topsy Tury Cake DVD. I did what Sharon suggested not doing cutting the bottom to narrow and my cake started leaning. It is a marble cake with vanilla bean buttercream filling with the ganache ice around like in DvD. Everyone enjoyed it. Not bad for after a quick lesson.
