I made this cake the weekend after my SIL and I got home from the hospital (we had babies 1 day apart). It was my first time working with fondant. All is buttercream except the bottle, bow, and some accents on the bear. I didn't have enough batter in the bear pan, so one of the feet was half missing. That's when I decided to add the bottle last minute. Depending on which angle you look at it, you can see the babies' names on the blocks (Micah and Amber)
