It's banana cake with chocolate ganache for an 85th birthday party. The sheet music and everything is 100% edible. I'm very happy with the wood texture. Painting the gold and silver was a lot of fun. The is the first time I've used modeling chocolate. I used it for parts of the sax. Working the shape of the sax was not as easy as it looks! The sax is life size about 26 inches from top to bottom.
