This cake was a nightmare. Extremely humid out, so the choc fondant was melting, Was not able to finish the cake due to everything sliding off. Thankfully it was for my brother-in-law. I am very happy with the skull, made from fondant. Choc chip cake with choc mousse filling and a choc dark rum mousse filling for the adults.
