8" & 6" red velvet cakes with Creme Bouquet flavored buttercream filling & frosting, customer wanted the effect of the red & white when the cake is cut. Floral topper is made of sugar paste/tylose & all accents including the top of the top tier are made of JenniferMI's white chocolate clay. All accents/decorations are made using one of the frill cutters I bought from Jen, they are fabulous to use.
