This is the first cake I have covered with chocopan. I really need to practice using chocopan before I try to sell one! I had to put all the dots on it to cover up my mistakes! I took this cake to work for a faculty lunch. Everyone seemed to love the taste! It is a butter cake, covered with buttercream icing, dark chocolate chocopan, and buttercream dots.
