this cake is based on the movie "to wong foo, thanks for everything, julie newmar" and it's for my friend's birthday. there's a shoe, wig, false eyelashes, lipstick, a julie newmar picture, a badge that says "dullard", a strawberry, a bow, and sunglasses all made out of gumpaste. there's also a sign that says "welcome to snydersville" that's not edible. you can't really tell in the picture but mostly everything is covered with pearl luster dust and there are little rhinestones on a lot of stuff. no, the feathers are not edible, but it's just for a close friend and it's only going to be us two celebrating. this cake was just too much fun!
