Graduate was going to IU in the fall and wanted all symbols relating to her Sorority included on the cake: Kite, Double Star, Greek Letters and Black & Gold pansies....... Buttercream w/ buttercream pansies and fondant accents. The IU symbol was printed from computer and backed with fun foam.
