This was a very quick last min cake made for my SIL who came into town earlier than was expected. She loves cows so this is what I came up with. I would've added more and modeled my cow a little better if I would've had more time. Top-vanilla w/ strawberry and white choc ganache filling, bottom-lemon w/ lemon filling all with lemon bc, covered in fondant.
