This was 9" Butter Cake with Buttercream icing between layers, Chocolate icing on the outside with semi-sweet ganache poured on top. Decorations; there are real flowers, white piping, sparkler candles, and gold garland under the Wilton Cake Stand. The symbols on either side of the Happy Birthday is the Sign of Gemini's. This was my first time making or using ganache or real flowers. I used flower pikes by Wilton to stick the flowers in the cake.
