My Practice Wedding Cake
Soon I will make my first wedding cake, and I feel need to practice a lot. This is WASC, Bavarian creme filling, White chocolate ganache and fondant. The diamond design is hand draw (as my tool - impression mat did not arrive yet), so it is not perfect, I don't know if you could see the tiny lace on top (made from white chocolate). I still need to work on my bead border, and fondant covering. The flowers I have on hand, in real wedding the Bride will have fresh flowers... Thanks for looking!
