This couple wanted red roses - so I fashioned these from gumpaste. Getting this red color was a chore and gum paste gets sticky with that much food coloring in it - so you have to add more sugar and be careful. I think they turned out well all in all. The rest of the cake was fondant and a royal icing monogram. ENJOY!
