I made these cupcakes for a friend's husband's graduation from law school. The large cupcake and small cupcakes are both the Mini Oreo surprise recipe with a chocolate buttercream. All decorations are fondant w/gum paste. I thank heartofoklahoma and tguegirl for inspiration.
