I only had 3 hours to complet this cake. It was very rushed. With it being ice cream you can only work on it in about 10 min increments max. I had the order come in from our corporate office, (so we couldn't turn it down) fed about 80 people. This is an ice cream cake (multiple flavors and cake flavors) iced in pastry pride. did cornelli lace and roses in bc. I had made pearls from fondant and added luster dust for the sparkle.
