This is my first "on my own" fondant cake. I made it as a favor for a friend who was giving a baby shower for a girl at church. The cake is four 8" rounds (butter cake) with BC and fondant. I found this cake on line somewhere and fell in love with it and knew I had to try it. A little intense for my first go at fondant but I am very happy with it. Cupcakes are chocolate with orange citrus cream cheese filling and butter cake with cinnamon cream cheese filling. The bubbles are white and pink (she was having a girl) fondant balls rolled in luster dust and vanilla. The only thing inedible is the duck - I didn't have time to make one.
