This is my first 3-tiered cake that I delivered. I used all buttercream icing. Made a lot of flowers 10 days in advance. I had a lot of trouble with flowers falling off the sides, and ended up using silk flowers. This is the second time I used a ruffle on a cake. The first one didn't turn out as good as this one. I was very nervous about this cake with it being my first time, but I got a lot of compliments, and it really boosted my confidence!
