I made this wedding cake for one of my cousins about 26 years ago. It was a VERY large wedding (To serve 500), and I made 1000 hand decorated mints to go along with it. THEN.....We transported the cake and mints from Indianapolis to Louisville (What a TREAT that was!) Thank goodness my Dad had a big motor home at the time.
