This is chocolate cake w/ peanut butter mousse filling. First time using Satin Ice - had a few issues but I think it turned out ok. My cousin just turned 21 and will be taking his tests to become a firefighter soon. He was thrilled with the cake and took a lot of convincing to cut into it!
