I made this cake for a friend of my moms. I hate writing on cakes I would rather do fondant letters. But the bottom is just BC and the hat is half of the Wilton ball pan covered in fondant and a piece of cardborad covered in fondant. And we used a real tassle. And FYI navy blue icing is hard to get.
