White chocolate mud cake with lemon and white choc cream cheese, covered with white choc ganache under a thin layer of fondant. All fondant decorations. I made this for a lovely lady who I have met only twice but gave me her dear departed Mum's cake pans (23 in all, heart , octagonal, hexagonal and round sets). Absolutely invaluable to me as I'm just starting to set myself up.
