This is my third experiance with fondant icing and my first with a "topsy turvy" cake... Its obviously not perfect but I'm must admit, I'm pretty proud of it ;) ... I used 4 different cakes in it and all I got was compliments! This won't be my last topsy turvy, but I will adjust a few things to make it better...
