This is a cake I made for a surgeon and a geneticist I work with. The surgeon operates on high risk breast cancer patients, and yes she is holding a uterus and ovaries! The geneticist always wears his orange socks and drinks tea from his orange mug. I am pretty pleased with the way this one came out.
