Bottom layer WASC with buttercream frosting. Top layer triple chocolate sour cream cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. The beaver and OSU are a chocolate transfer. The first detailed one I have done. This was for my niece who is a BIG Oregon State University fan. She loved it.
