Strawberry Shortcake
This is my take on the cake that was featured in one of the Wilton Yearbooks. Bottom cake is butter with BC and fondant "dripping". It was the first time I have done scrolls so I did lose the plot here and there! I used a heart cutter for the strawberries and added 2 leaves. The second layer is a missisippi mud with bc and fondant. Top cake is caramel mud with bc and fondant. All the balls were hand rolled! Thanks for lookin, comments are appreciated! :-)
