10 inch sponge filled with jam and vanilla b/c and covered in fondant. I decorated the cake with large flowers as seen on cc. 4 inch pram cake on top which is sponge again filled with jam an vanilla b/c. This was a nightmare to make as the fondant kept bubbling. I persevered none the less. I'm very happy with the final outcome. x
