8" chocolate cake filled and frosted w/chocolate whip topping, covered in chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate fudge frosting and chocolate candy. I made this at home for some friends who came in for my 30th high school reunion. I have to makes ones similar to this at work, sometimes up to 10 a day. It is a long process since it has to be frozen in between layers as to not melt the whip topping.
