Got this from Debbie Browns books...however, I used b/c instead of fondant to cover the cake with. Next time I will make sure the tires aren't flat...lol...what was I thinking, but, i really didn't feel like scraping it off! Besides if you knew Chad, only he would have the luck of having 4 flat tires! And he would make the best of it, by doing something like this!
