This was my first wedding cake I've ever made. It did not make it to the reception without falling over. I had to completely redo it when I got there. I didn't have enough support to hold the weight of such a large cake. I was a chocolate mocha cake filling over chocolate cake but with buttercream icing to cover it. The M was made with a piece of pure white fondant and buttercream decorating it. This is the natural color of my frosting since I use such a dark vanilla from the Dominican Rep. The design was given to me by the bride out of a bridal mag.
