Crows & Scarecrows

My 1st fondant cake! I've been a buttercream gal for 37 years, so I thought I'd try something different and do something creative and fun while "playing" with dough. Yes, it was fun, but not exactly easy attempting outside of my comfort zone! The 14" green tier was the most difficult—had to try covering it more than once. I knew I wasn't going to give up until it looked like what I had hoped! Couldn't decide on royal icing or fondant decorations, so I did both—one way for each side.
