For my daughter's first communion. Bottom tier is Vanilla butter cake with strawberry mousse filling, top tier is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Not fully satisfied with the outcome of this one, had a really hard time with the consistency of the fondant for some reason...maybe the damp weather...all homemade MMF daisies & cross.
