This cake was done with a whip n' top frosting (like bettercream) for a baby shower. This was my 7th cake and the first time I made a bow with fondant. The "dots" were all fondant but they were adhered with buttercream to keep them from sliding. Cake sizes were 12, 10, and 8 double stacked. I was really happy with the outcome. The mother to be selected the design of this cake after she saw a cake by CristyInMiami. So thanks for the inspiration!
