I am part of the Flickr group Sweet Treats. Sweet Treats has a Cupcake of the Month Club. Th e flavor for this month was PB&J. I made PB&J cupcakes ,filled with strawberry jelly and topped with a whipped peanut butter frosting.The sandwich toppers are made of fondant.
