This was my first attempt at fondant. It's not as easy as it looks! I stole the idea from The Domestic Scientist blog: http://www.thedomesticscientist.com/2008/08/18/guitar-hero-cupcakes/. The cupcakes are chocolate peanut butter (made with peanut butter extract!) with peanut butter buttercream icing and Wilton fondant.
