These cake were made using the margarita cake recipe on this website. They are all cake covered in red Satin Ice with gumpaste strawberries and straws. I used a 10" crystal splendor plate, a 3" crystal splendor plate and a 10" Crystal Splendor tube purchased fro Sugarcraft to make the base. I filled the tube with cellophane to hide the dowel . Fun to make!!
