This was a last minute idea! For an elderly lady who lives on her own, for her birthday. I grabbed a chocolate cupcake from the freezer, and decorated with left over fondant, (pressed with mold to make pattern), a left over gumpaste pansy, and a spare piece of ribbon. I added a candle at the last minute and she was thrilled!
