Birthday cake for a 17 yr old who's mother could not afford the real thing (like who can? LOL) This was my first tme to use fondant and I had a blast. I have been decorating cakes off and on for 25 years, and fondant always seemed so intimidating. What was I thinking? My next goal is to master gumpaste flowers.
