the crust or base is 1 inch of red velvet cake,with strawberry syrup,a thick layer of strawberry IMBC,then mocha(whipped cream,chocolate ad espresso) mousse on top...covered with chocolate -coffe ganache,vanilla wafers stuck around the sides,and chocolate covered coffee beans on the top...the flowers are gumpaste and fondant with coffee bean centres
